RICHARD HAMMOND

creative director | Founder

Richard’s motivations are to build a new talent legacy – as a producer of clever and joyful programming that raises the benchmark for connecting with audiences and evolving the creative processes to get there.

ERIKA DODD

Director of Programmes

Erika is an Executive Producer with 20 years’ experience delivering compelling television to UK and international audiences. Her credits include, The Great Escapists (Amazon), To Kill A King (BBC), Nazi Megastructures (Nat Geo), The Yorkshire Steam Railway (Five).

MALCOLM NEAUM

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

Malcolm has worked with some of the biggest global broadcasters creating  ground-breaking series such as I Shouldn’t Be Alive (Discovery), Saville Row (BBC), I Cloned My Pet (TLC). He’s also a swimming, Paralympics Champion, world record holder and multiple gold medallist.

NICK WATSON

Development Executive

Nick brings 15 years’ experience to the team. His development credits include, Wonderful World Of Chocolate (Five), Fiennes: Return To The Nile (Nat Geo), Amazing Interiors (Netflix), Speedshop (BBC2), Street Genius (Nat Geo) and Driving Wild (Discovery).

CLAIRE HUNGATE

BOARD ADVISOR

Claire led Warner Brothers Television Production UK Group, including Wall to Wall Television, later Shed Media plc, until 2017 and most recently Brave Bison. Originally a Barrister, she is an industry leader and highly respected, creative, deal maker.
